What if I have more than one account with you?

Once you have completed the registration process you will be able to log in and see all the accounts where you are the primary account holder.

What happens to my information?

Can I access my account instantly?

Yes. Once registered, we'll send you an email to your Email Address with instructions on how to access your account.

Activation email not received

This could take several minutes. Please check your junk folder in case your email provider has prevented it from reaching your inbox. If you have still not received your activation email then you’ll need to re-register.

What if I have investments with both Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ignis Fund Managers Ltd and have received investor references for both?

If you have received separate investor references for your Aberdeen Standard Investment Funds and your Ignis funds you will need to register twice in order to view your transactions and valuations. If you would like to consolidate your accounts please contact our Helpline.

What is my Tax Reference number if I am a UK registered tax payer?

If you are tax resident in the UK the tax reference number will be your National Insurance Number.
